At MAUVAIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all MAUVAIS tags are intact and including the provided return slip.

Ship It Back

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
